The In-House Laboratory analyses both the raw materials as well as finished materials leading to Total Quality Management T.Q.M.. Some of the tests include tensile strength, bond strength test, coefficient of friction, vacuum test, opacity test, etc.

Technology
The unit is equipped with all ultra-modern sophisticated machinery such as state of the art Eight Color Rotogravure Printing Machine attached with automatic registration control system, with web video, high fidelity lines of lamination and co-extrusion. SUDDHA is having large setup of pouching machines to make variety of pouches.
Printing
Robust state-of-the-art Rotogravure Printing (up-to 8 Colour) with auto-registration control & Web-video monitoring can print any graphics at a high speed (up to 250 meters per minute) and also facility to print on virtually any film substrate e.g. PET, BOPP, PVC, FOIL, LD, LLDPE, PAPER, MET-PET.
Lamination
State of the art dry lamination cum coating machine. Environment-friendly, solvent base lamination on all film substrates. Hi speed technical lamination to achieve hermetically sealed package / pouch and to improve shelf-life of the packages by achieving enhanced barrier properties.
Envisioned to meet the most demanding requirements of the clients, this Division has the facilities and capability to undertake a wide range of lamination jobs, including Dry and Wet Lamination.
